The proposed development is a 100% rental housing development comprised of three buildings.

Building A is a LEMR building and Building B and C are market rental buildings. The entire development will supply a total of 330 much-needed rental units to the area and the City of Richmond.

The placement of the three buildings naturally forms a courtyard in the center, to be shared by all residents. The courtyard is easily accessed from the lower level of the buildings and also from the streets via steps and ramps
